Ingredients
2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons good honey
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Seeds scraped from 1/2 vanilla bean, optional
Cut tropical fruit of your choosing (pineapple, banana, mango, papaya)
Preparation
Combine the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean seeds in a bowl. Chill and serve with your favorite tropical fruit as a dip or mixed together as a fruit salad.
